At last..my bed.. And comfort
A blissful time of day
Day is lost behind me
And night is on its way
A steaming cup of cocoa
And a storybook to read
To send me into slumber
And the restful night I need
I feel my muscles loosening
Clean sheets, soft and white
As sleep now comes to take me..

I slipping into the hot, fragrant waters, Releasing a resounding "Aaahhh..." As my muscles tense, and then loosen, Relaxing and - for once - remaining so.

Good night my sweets. Only dream the sweetest dreams. Only wake to pleasant scenes. Delight in all there is to see. Neglect the things that stay your wake. In hours when it needs to shake.
Oh my heavy eyes. Say bye byes. The lids blink slow. Down they go. My head it lies. Onto its side. My body gets snug. The duvet it hugs. My feet entwine. When it's sleepy time. They cuddle like twins.
Some days seem short, some days seem long, Some days don't want to end... Then we feel weak instead of strong, No longer to pretend.
