Dream Recipes.

Whenever I'm inspired I pen a little note,
And read through all the words that I have somehow wrote.
I dream of being a writer and many things in between,
From singing to a big crowd to going places I've never been.
I could write myself a list of the things I haven't done,
And tick off all my accomplishments one by one.
As my list grows and I add to it a lot,
I could put all of those things into a big, dreamy pot.
I'd pick out all the flavours of all the things I like,
Chocolate coated marshmallows and angel
Delight!
I'd take a pinch of music and add a dash of flair,
Mix in some extra lyrics and straighten out my hair.
Stir in all stories and memories for taste,
Place it in the oven and then begin to bake.
My little dream bakery full of wonder and delight,
It really is a lovely place and such a gorgeous sight.
Lots of happy faces and smiles in this room,
No space for being miserable or full of doom and gloom.
So step into my factory and create your dream potion,
Keep that smile on your face and stir in your emotion.
Take a slice of rainbow,
Mix with lemon meringue pie,
Add a drop of waterfall and fresh rain from the sky.
Mix yourself a love dream full of hearts and teddy bears, take them to your bedroom and let the lovely scent fill the air.
An adventure mix will be up next leaving nowhere to hide,
Add some excitement, sit back, enjoy the ride.

These dreams and potions are your own, you really cannot lose.
And when you've mixed them all together and placed them in your hand,
You will have the perfect mixture for your very own dream land.
