For The Love Of Words

Smorgasbord and tulip,
are both words I like,
feathering and flopsy
beatitude and trike.

I'm not so keen on angry,
or belch or grief or sham,
But I very much enjoy
a boggle or a dram

Nonsensical and whimsy,
both give my tongue a smile,
but posturing and meddle, can leave with their friend guile.

Of course there are just tons of words,
which cause my heart to leap
not least of all are festive,
maniacal and cheep.

If any words do fade from use,
then think of all we'd loose,
but if only three words did remain,
which three words would you choose?

Peur

I think the French put it nicely When they address the plague, Fear 'Peur' goes with the verb 'Avoir' Their intention oh so clear.

opuss should have a spoken word section, because this belongs there.

I like words. I like how they sound, what they do, the way one word can mean so many different things, there are so many variables.

Words

Words are life. Words are death. Words excite, Words can stress. Words are magic, Magic are words, Not absurd. Just unheard. Words are pleasure, Words are pain. Hard to measure, Hard to tame.
