Okay so, I'm quite angry at someone at school. I have a friend who's a great friend of mine.. And she's a lesbian. I don't care about that, since she's great fun and we always have a lot of laughs, and that's what I care about. But it seems I'm the only one who thinks this. There's something called Duke of Edinburgh or something along those lines where people share tents and try to survive for a week. Instead I chose an art and creative writing course, but that's not the point. So yeah. Then, some "female dog" let's say, said:
She shouldn't be aloud to go because she's a lesbian. She'll perve on the other girls!
When I heard this, I raged. She's often depressed anyway, and she hasn't came back to school afterwards. It's been reported, and as soon as I see that homophobic "female dog" I'm gonna give her a piece of mind. It just disgusts me that people are judged by silly things like that.
We're all human! No matter the skin, race, religion, or sexuality. I hate discrimination!

It's disgusting but unfortunately it happens ๐ I'm 22 and still get comments every now and then. And school is always the worst place for a gay teen. best you can do is be there for her and let her know how much you care

A couple of my mates are bisexual, and a load of people are always jeering and yelling at them to "get a room" and "just have a snog". Pisses me off to no end!!!
This is awful! I can't believe she said that! It makes me so mad when people diss off gay, bisexual or lesbian people! They have no reason to be allowed do that. We are all human and who we like has nothing to do with anything, only who you love!
