Angel Eyes

This one might result in some consternation since it attempts to address the issue of abortion. If you disagree with me, I respect that, but please don't start an argument in the comment section. However, as always, I welcome any advice.

Death is such great loss
The hopes and dreams of the soul are tossed
Into a realm of forgotten thoughts
Never to be seen but in the Eyes of Angels
. . .
Yet still, we choose to live
Every day we stay and choose to give
Our prayers to those who never did
And are now only watched by the Eyes of Angels
. . .
They’d be alive, if given choice
Come out and shout “Let all rejoice
This world shall sing with one, beautiful voice
For you are guarded by the Eyes of Angels”
. . .
But these small voices do not speak
They are marked in the dark, never to meet
This world, with joys of life so sweet
Which is graced with the Eyes of Angels
. . .
They shall not speak, never again
For they lie and die by the paltry whim
Of the person whose body the live within
These Children with Eyes of Angels
. . .
Will we speak, to dare shout out
“You are killing and spilling the blood of those without
The chance to live, to dance, to shout!”
Will you stop the death, the sin, the crime?
Now is the hour and Now is the time
We must look through the eyes of mercy divine
We must look through the Eyes of Angels

Honestly I can see both sides... Some people just aren't ready to go through childbirth and take care of a baby, but those children also have a right to live…

@Bobdimmer It's a complicated issue and not one to be trifled with. This is just how I feel. But you're right, it's definitely good to see both sides of any issue.
