Ok lads and ladies I am kickstarting an initiative called drumroll please...
THE HOUSEHOLD CHALLENGE!
It works a wee bit like @eddie12309 's six word challenge. Every day, or week depending on how you folks want to work it (leave a wee comment so we can decide) the taskmaster posts a little Opuss stating a household object which is to be the subject for the challenge. Then you lovely people get typing and come up with a story, poem, blog, ditty or sandwich (except not a sandwich) based around said object.
The winner of each bout shall be decided by the taskmaster, and then they become the taskmaster for the next challenge, setting a new object and so on so forth, forming a chain. As I am first taskmaster and so supreme ruler and master over all ;) I say that the first object is...

You artistic folks should be able to come up with something with glass in it eh? Tag your Opusses (is it Opusses or Opi?) #household and get writing. Any questions? No? Then off you go! :)
Edit: we've come to the conclusion it's a 24 hour jobby so the winner shall be announced at five tomozzles.
