He was going on the same plane as I am. I wanted to sit next to him, more than ever. As we waited for the plane we sat in a caffe, me James and Eric.

As James was ordering me and Eric sat in front of each other.

" you look beautiful, Alice you look great". He said with a smile. His blue eyes were shining.

" thank you... You look great too". I said to him and I was sure my face was read. I never felt this way about him. But that has changed.

" why are you with that guy? You seem confused and tiered. Not to mention, you don't look like you are in love with him". His voice was so sexy. I wanted to start over. Leave James and hook up with Eric. Forget about the angels and the demons but that thought was in my mind and I considered it.

" Alice? I know we haven't seen each other for such a long time but I want us to start over. I want us to be together". He wanted the same thing. I loved him, but that was an old feeling, getting on top of my new feelings for James. He held my hands now. The table was not cold against my palm anymore.

His hands were soft. I studied his lips and I suddenly ft like kissing him.

" here Alice, water for you and a muffin". I pulled my hand away from Eric's and took them with a smile. But James did not smile back at all.

We had two long hours to wait. I was talking about old memories with Eric, while James sat in silence.
I did not want to hurt him but Eric was so friendly. He made me forget about the impossible, angels and demons and he was making me see the world normally.
