Alex's POV
I wanted her back. I'd made a mistake. But she was right; how could she trust me? I didn't know. I couldn't live with myself knowing that I hurt her beyond belief. I buried my face in my hands. What the hell was I gonna do to make her love me? I didn't deserve her really. I should just let her go, right? Let her live a little? But it sounded as though she couldn't. She was stuck. She couldn't live with me, yet she couldn't live without me.
"Al? What's up, baby?" Kristen asked. Sneaking her hands around to my front and undoing my buttons.
"Get off me," I growled.
"Why?" she asked, in a flirty tone, whilst turning me around and standing on tip-toes to reach my lips but I pushed her away, with more force than was intended. She fell on the couch.
"So that's how you wanna play?" she giggled.
"Enough, Kristen," I growled.
"Why?" she asked whilst twiddling her hair.
"I love Nadine, not you," I sighed. She stamped her foot.
"Idiot," she seethed as she walked out of the room,"You don't know what you're missing!"
"I do, and I don't miss it at all."
Nadine's POV
I didn't want to leave him behind. I did love him but I didn't trust him. Hell, I had to see him. I knew where he lived and I so wanted to speak to Kristen.
I hopped into my car and plunged the key into the ignition and twisted. The engine purred to life and I reversed out of my drive. My heart was pounding. My head was telling me "go". I roared down the road and ,25 minutes later, I pulled up next to his house. I got out of the gar and composed myself, quickly pulling my fingers through a few tangles. I walked up to the door and raised my hand...
