Number Busy

Picture me this, it's cold, it's dark, you're alone struggling to see through the mist..

A woodland, tall trees, green leafs and animals are all hid amidst

A snapped twig, you slip, you twist, you fall, your fists, they cut against a wall
You stand, you fall, it seems too hard so you decide to crawl

A few broken bones, dazed and confused, you're not sure at all

In the distance an image appears, a sigh of relief, an answer to all fears

A pay phone to call for help, your in a lot of pain, you feel faint, and you're dizzy

You dial home, there's a long tone, you assume the number was busy

A quick glimpse to the left, a sharp pain in your chest, you fall down, lose your breath, darkness surrounds, you're losing your vision

Laid on the floor, your body half slumped out the door, not in a good position,

you're feeling to weak, you're unable to speak, like most second hand items you're not in the best condition

A blinding white light, the last thing you saw, the next thing you know a nurse walks through the door followed by an assistant

She asks how your feeling and pinches your skin, it's not a dream you were wounded within, she offers to get you a drink from the kitchen

Now you're coming round, she explains how you were found, a moment of smiles you say thanks for the help, if you hadn't have yelled, you may still be laid near a ditch needing stitching
