Everyone ignores me,
I'm a pissed off little guy,
No one ever hears my plea,
No one hears my cry.
Just taken for granted,
Another household tool,
Just a tiny lightbulb,
Stuck where the 'big boys' rule.
The windows get attention,
Heck, even switches bask,
In the light of house keepers,
They needn't even ask...
Not I though, no, not I,
A teeny little light,
It's not like I'm important:
I only make it bright!
So yeah, just overlook me,
Everybody does,
Of me there'll be no peep,
No whisper, sigh, or buzz.
JUST A LITTLE LIGHT BULB,
ALWAYS, EVER THERE,
YOU'D DEFINITELY MISS ME...
AND THEN WE'LL SEE WHO CARES...
