It Rains.

Withered leaves and crooked branches,
Snow falls in mini avalanches.

Undergrowth with paw prints scattered,
Mud and rain on tree trunks splattered.

Ravens circle round a cloud,
Mist and fog create a shroud.

Shapes along the foggy banks,
Fox cubs trot along fallen planks.

Rain falls thicker, coarse it pours,
Mother fox runs on all fours.

Nature sings over the rain,
It dries then rains all over again.
