Don't put yourself under pressure...& NEVER underestimate yourself either. I often have days where my head is empty, & all I do is let it pass-you can't force words & ideas, but if you are relaxed about it, they'll come. And so what if that takes a week? We'll all still be here ready to read 😌😉😘

Your work so far is truly brilliant, you have a great command of the English language. If you ever find inspiration runs dry, then think of a topic that really riles you, or that you feel strongly about. Then you will find the words will flow.

@Jamtots think everyone feels the same at some point and the turnover rate on here is pretty unsustainable.. Relax and breathe 👍

@Jamtots You're fine, dude, rather than take a break, just give yourself a rest. It doesn't work to force things, I cranked out some crap I ended up unhappy with that way. I am amazed at the prolific pace that some are able to maintain, but I have found that I have to focus on quality over quantity or I embarrass myself. I am getting faster at writing with the encouragement of this place, but I can't post something worthwhile nearly every day. Take a breath, let it flow, and be assured you have plenty to be proud of.

@VikingHorn Yeah I've wrote a couple things before that I later found to be quite bad, so I deleted them. Yea, I've decided not to take a break, I'm just going to relax and take it a little easier. 😊

@Fly10 is exactly right - inspiration comes in drips and drops and sometimes waterfalls. Do not doubt your abilities Jammy, I love your work! Everyone works at a different place - never find it as a chore, writing is for you to express yourself, to enjoy, to feel. So just be you and come what may 💚😘✨
