To be a good writer,
You've got to learn to dream.
Take on every dare,
No matter how hard they seem.
Hum a hum,
Climb a tree,
Love what you do,
Chase a bee.
Dance along,
To a song,
And skip stones,
Till the day is done.
Don't walk,
But run,
And spin around,
Just for fun.
Create shapes out of clouds,
Many funny faces,
Read a bunch of jokes,
And run little races.
Learn to watch a snail,
Learn a little magic too,
And when all else fails,
Just be you!
