I have awoken and all is not well Gloomy weather or sinister blether I can not tell. No magical feeling, the smile has been broken A sense in my chest is gnawing and choking.
I may seem quiet to you. But I promise I'm not. I don't always talk, and I'm not always loud. But I promise I'm fun to be around. Once you get to know me. I try to be the best I can.
Lost in apathy and giving in to ease, an eternal hole inside so painful it brings a grown man to his knees.
Spiraling down. Tipping over the edge. Darkness descends. I'm lost in my head. I can't find the path. Where can it be. I need to find it. Before I find me. Hands out in front. Feeling my way.
I play a single role To fill the hole Inside my soul Its my only goal But can I fill it. NO Because NOTHING fits. And if it does it slips. Or doesn't stick. Or doesn't quite fit.
Some sadly fear their life. Confusion from wrong and right. Stuck in a rut they just can't decide. Worry keeps them awake at night. Some sadly fear from love. Loneliness from not having enough.
