We Are But Strange Creatures!

I'm like a little flower,
I bloom when the weather is fair,
I love to dance and sing and jump,
when I have no cares

But if there's too much pressure,
Grey clouds are dark and thick,
I run and hide, won't go outside,
watch the clock...tick

For I'm not so good when life itself comes beating down my door,
I need some help to give me strength,
Someone to be strong for

Don't value myself quite enough
to stand up on my own
I know that's sad, it's really tough,
Not so good when alone...

However, Justice is to me
A Most Important thing -
So cross me as a person
and your downfall song I'll sing!

I Hate injustice with a passion,
I can't abide it, see?
But having said that, I'm very loyal,
So I can forgive too easily!!!

An enigma, a puzzle, I'm quite confused
Don't know myself at times!
I swim in all directions,
Speak in many different rhymes...

And this is such a tiny part
of how I am, as me
There's so much more to it,
plenty more to say and see

I guess we are all different,
some straightforward, some complex,
We are all wonderfully alive,
It really can perplex...

So next time, if I say to you
"I've had this great idea!"
"I'm going to guess your star signs!"
Please say this bold and clear:

"Dear Caroline, I think you're mad, it really can't be done!"
"For though we've got our traits my love,
You cannot see just one!"

For, when writing deep emotions,
jokes, ditties, rhymes or 'tweets'
There are just too many variables
I have to admit defeat!

I set myself a crazy task
and failed, quite 'epically'
- As @leelee101 kindly pointed out!
(who asked him anyway?!!)

So there it is, t'was all for fun,
and fun was it's ONLY outcome,
So now I feel rather silly,
A right royal plum!!!!

Thanks for your interest in my latest crazy idea, it went horribly wrong, but hey ho, I had fun with it and I hope you did too....
