I once again just started a 500 calorie diet. Sounds crazy, I know, but it's doctor supervised and it's not my first time going on it so I know it works for me. I have been on it before and with daily workouts along with it I lost 20 pounds my first month. I was doing so great and lost 30 pounds total putting me at my goal weight of 220lbs. Then my vacation happened. I went on vacation and stopped dieting. Came back from It and had a horrible time readjusting to 500 calories a day and in the end even stopped working out so I'm back at 250. All those new clothes, the oh so very awesome clothes I bought no longer fit me. I'm tired of seeing them hung in my closet without being able to wear them so I'm back on my diet and working out again. Already, and I'm only on day 3 I can feel my jeans fitting looser. Nothing is more motivating than that so I will continue until I'm satisfied with my weight again.
