A Mothers Love

My mum has loved me forever.
From the first inkling of morning sickness.
To the pain of full term labour.
When I kicked and screamed in the supermarket.
When I threw my food on the floor.
Even when I used words to hurt her.
Despite my efforts to make her hate me.
Through my wrong and right decisions.
When I made no sense.
Through the days I forgot who I was.
My mum has loved me forever.

I will love my mum forever.
From the first inkling of her illness.
To the pain of hearing it confirmed.
When she kicks and screams in the supermarket.
When she throws her food on the floor.
Even when she uses words to hurt me.
Despite all her efforts to make me hate her.
Through her wrong and right decisions.
When she makes no sense.
Through the days she forgets who I am.
I will love my mum forever.

I was walking through town, Not a cloud in the sky. Hotter than an oven, Hotter than that guy. "That guy" named example A, gave me a glare. Not a wave, oh no, just a simple stare.

Sometimes...

Sometimes I wonder day and night That I am soaring - taking flight Sometimes to a wall I say hello Only to receive a lonely echo Sometimes I scream in fury But for no reason, surely.

See Her This Way

One day she's happy. A joyful ball of fun. Laughing and joking. Until the day is done. But the next she might be down. All you'll see is her frown. And this will last a while.

Shifting The Weight

I carry on, with all on my shoulders. Why I don't know, I haven't a clue. Die I just might, with the weight of the world. Try as I might, I just can't see it through.

Ocean Tears & Thoughts

My tears roll as rough as the ocean waves down my face. It's only so much I can take. The emptiness and loneliness hurts, and the people laughing at you. The voices inside my head.
