S tress is building up
T oday may be the day

Too much going on right now. Too many things to say. Taking my mum for spine injections. Is scaring me today. I haven't posted in a bit. Except for the poem this morning.

Depression!

I'm not feeling very well. It's a dull pounding ache. Might take a while to go I can tell. How do I get rid of it for god sake. The blues, pissed off, fed up, down. Felt like this for years.

One Of Those Days

It's been one of those days. Woke up in a daze. Feel lost in a maze. Negative thoughts can't help but play. Round every turning, Is another spurning.

Anxiety

I hate the way I often sigh. And how easy things can make me cry. Like popping up to say ''oh hi!'' Then five minutes later you'll say goodbye. I hate how things will get to me.

Depression

I have felt it once, I don't wish it on anybody. I have felt the sadness, Threatening to pull me under. I know how it feels, Like a knife to the heart. The neverending darkness, Creeping on my life.

Glad you're feeling good today Hun 😘😘😘

@eddie12309 @Irrational_Kimmi @michga @misslittleDHP Yeah feeling better today, just thought it would be a waist of a poem not to post it. Work has been the main culprit, I've been having to do supervisor duties and I have been given a 63 year old bloke to train up, bless him he's a nice bloke but really really slow. I've been told to get him to hurry up but I think it's the fastest he can go : / (I don't wanna push him into a heart attack really)

@Stablish awwww bless him and poor you getting that part of the job !!πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜’

@Stablish Try your best not to kill him nor yourself... Stress kills... Great poem, glad you posted it...
