D ark cloud is looming,

P robing depression,
R elentless attack.

It's grip is too strong.

I used to smoke 40 a day and gave it up overnight more than 30 years ago. It's worth it mate. Good luck! 😊👍
@Barknbite Cheers mate, just writing how I feel. I would really love to stop, it's all I really know, I started smoking when I was about fifteen fully and I'm twenty five now, all my adult life. I will get there in the end I'm sure👍👍
@glen lol, I've just been out for one. My will power is pretty shocking. I like a bit of the wacky stuff as well, that's more my main problem at the mo.
@TheCodsPollocks That's what I'm waiting for really, just that moment where I've finally had enough and just pack it all in. But I suppose I will have to fall lower for that to happen, but it's maybe the only way people learn😔
