It's time to turn over the paper,
To have a fresh start,
My resolution?
To live. Love. Laugh.
To celebrate the end,
Of this fantastic year,
It's time to party!
Then our minds will be clear.
Let the fireworks burst,
Releasing sparks,
Symbolising the year gone by-
Thousands of 2012 shards.
See the children dressed up,
In their shirts and frocks,
The adults grinning,
As they watch the clock.
For soon, this year,
Will be a distant memory,
2013 is coming,
With it, fun and glee!

Those golden summer days that passed. Did really seem a dream. When viewed through winters deepest eyes. But the past is nought but evergreen. If seen 'neath troubled skies. So if you feel a pining,.
Whether your at home with a sulk or smile, Or out the house making tonight worthwhile, No matter where you are or what you say, Celebrate this special day.
I've survived another year, This next, it will be great, It's been a long time coming, But it's sure been worth the wait. I predict a mighty good one. Lets make it count, okay.
