So as the final bow is taken
We bid farewell to 2012
I reflect over days gone by
Place memories on my minds shelf
What will a new year hold?
The future, a friend or foe?
Whatever all tomorrow's bring
Into 2013, I'll boldly go
The future is unknown
A place you've not been before
With wide eyes of wonder
It's a place you'll want to explore
The curtain to the past
Is drawn on all yesterday's
New beginnings ahead of us all
New plans shall be laid
Those you hold very dear
Journey along with you too
For those who have passed
You still carry along with you
So lets raise our glasses
2012 will soon be gone
2013 will be upon us
The wait will not be long
Happy Happy New Year Everyone!!!
I hope 2013 is a bloody good one xxxx
