GB Blues

A chanting chap,
An Olympian Supporter.
Queen of welly- toss,
Street fair- caught ya!

Sitting on the beach,
By the old blue chippy,
Caught up in the trends,
An English hippy.

Full time lover of our British writers,
Constant reader of J.K.Rowling.
I much prefer drinking Earl- Grey tea,
Than hamburgers or bowling.

Houses coated with patriotic bunting,
My home a tourist attraction.
People come from far and wide,
To accomplish coast beauty satisfaction.

Proud wearer of our famous flag,
Red shirt, blue jeans, white shoes,
Sad not to be one of us?
We call it the 'GB Blues'.

Unseen war, you say?
I say, why not?
Just a bit of fun,
Us Brits may have forgot.
