As he made his way into the kitchen, David Jones was flabbergasted. Never in his life he had seen something like it. His eyes were fixated on the unbelievable thing that was before him ...
The kitchen was covered in dust. So much dust. And part of the roof had collapsed due to the weight of a branch from an oak tree outside. It seemed like the kitchen's Victorian era detail was untouched. And in the middle of the floor lay something. Something not human. David felt himself begin to walk towards the strange creature when ... CRASH!
Parts of the roof began falling, it ended up smashing again the timber wood flooring and, with that weakening it, the floor collapsed under David's weight.
4minutes later ...
As David began to regain Consciousness, he noticed he was in some sort of cellar.
He quickly grabbed his flashlight. That's when he noticed it. A skeleton staring back at him.
He yelped. The only reason he was in this house was to prove to some teenagers that there was nothing to be afraid of, an here he was. Staring at a skeleton.
It was then, he felt it. A hand grab his shoulder. He threw his elbow up hoping to strike his attacker in the face... Hang on, he thought. If someone was grabbing him, then they aren't one of these ghouls, and could be human. He spun round. There he was, by himself again. It was strange. He was sure someone had grabbed him. It was then he saw it. A door. An old wooden door. Suddenly a scream came from behind the door. He had to go in. There was no choice.
He put his hand on the door handle, and slowly twisted ...
