Last Night

I know I should of told you sooner,
But I couldn't think of the words to say,
Having to tell you,
Tomorrows my last day,

Your sobs hurt me,
But still you hold me tight,
Never wanting to let go,
Even though it's my last night,

You kiss me gentle,
And every-time I try to go,
You follow me everywhere,
The earth filling with snow,

I'm going to die on a winters night,
But still you hold me tight,
Thinking that maybe I will stay,
On the earth for one more day,

One more hour,
One more minute,
I would go back in a flash,

Just to relive old memories,
Remember my old sash,

Please don't cry though
We will be together in time,
So please just live the night with me,
We will meet again in time,
