Chapter 19

Sorry guys. This chapter is a bit boring||

Uggg. I should have known that she would be here. What was I expecting? What's worse is that Connor is here too. I just want to go home.
"Hey guys! Me and Emma are going to I get some bowling shoes. Be right back."
Josh signals me to go in front of him. I walk down to the shoe rental with Josh following me. It took like ten minutes just to walk about five yards because Josh kept talking to people. I guess a lot of people from school go bowling on Friday night. I walk into the shoe fitting room and go straight to the size eights. Hmm, now lemme think. Should i wear size eight or eight in a half? Maybe eight and a half. I think too big is better than too small. Okay now what color?
In the middle of my thinking, Josh walks over with his shoes on.
"Umm, how are your shoes already on? I'm still picking out what color I'm going to wear!"
He chuckles.
"Here, wear these," he says as he grabs a pink pair off the shelf," I think pink will look good on you."
I take them from him and sit down. I remove my shoes and slip the pink ones on. He was right! Pink is my color.
"Okay. Ready to go bowling now?" He asks.
"Yup."
We exit the shoe fitting room. When we walk over a few girls come up to Josh.
"Heyyy Joshhh!" one of the girls squeal.
"Oh, um, hey Marisa."
"Sooo I just wanted to knowww, if ummm, you would, take a picturee with usss."
"Sure...."
"Ger-atttt!" she squeals again.
Somebody needs to teach this girl how to talk because she is clearly not doing it right.
"Oh, umm, you," she says pointing at me.
"Yes?"
"Can you, like, pleaseeee take this photo for usss, like, yeahhh."
Maybe if you ask correctly then sure.
"Yeah, sure , why not."
She passes me her phone then runs back with her friends and Josh.
One girl hugs him from behind and the two others kiss his cheek.
"Ohh, sorry. It's too dark," I tell them.
Haha suckers. I guess you can't take your picture.
"Then just turn it on auto!" She says excitedly.
"Oh, right."
Well I guess she gets her picture after all. I take the picture and they all run over to see it.
"Oh my goshhh I tots love this pic! This is my new Facebookkk profieee!"
"Okay well me and Emma should get going. Bye guys!"
"Bye Joshiee!" they all squeal.
I'm glad we're getting away from them. They are annoying.
We go over to our bowling alley section.
"Josh! I have a seat saved here for you!" Cassie yells happily.
"Okay!"
He walks over and sits down next to her. Obviously she did this on purposes so I couldn't sit next to him. She sat on the second to last seat from the end and Josh sat on the way end. I look around. I don't way to sit next to Connor. Where do I sit?!
"Hey, Emma!"
I turn to see who it is and I see Ashley and Ryan sitting down with one seat saved.
"Oh, hey guys!"
"Hi! We have a seat here for you!"
"Thanks!"
I walk over and sit down.
This is going to be way better than I thought.
