I manage to get to my first class on time which is Art. Honestly I think it was just luck because I didn't really have any clue where I was walking. I used love art and how you could get lost in a painting but recently I've lost interest in drawing and just get easily distracted when working on something or just frustrated.
The teacher put me to sit down next to a blonde haired girl with sky blue eyes. Within an instant I could tell she loved herself . Her diamond bracelet dangled on her skinny wrist and she tapped her perfectly manicured nails on the desk. As I looked at her sketch look I saw her name 'Ashley Lockwood' written in glittery pink pen in her curvy and girly hand writing.
I spend the rest of the lesson doodling in my new sketch book and trying to avoid talking to anybody unless it was essential which wasn't very hard as nobody seemed to want to talk to me either. When the bell rang I packed up my stuff and quickly shuffled towards the door and just as I was about to make my escape somebody called me.
"Oh hey, your names Kirsten right?", questioned a boy who I think is called Evan. He was just a few inches taller than me with shortish dark brown hair and bright green eyes. "Ugh yeah", I replied. "Well my older brother told me to give this to you", he said handing me a envelope. "Thanks",I said stuffing the it in my bag to read later.
It was lunchtime when I bumped into Jay again. "Oh hi Kirsten, did you get my note, I told my brother to give it to you"
"Oh Evan must be your brother then. Yeah I've got it just haven't got round to reading it yet", I replied surprised that the note was from him. "It's just some tickets for the schools next rugby game, I'm in the team and I thought if you come, you could maybe make some new friends there considering your new", he said smiling in a way that made me feel like he almost wanted me to go to the game. "Okay I'll think about it", I said turning away.
"My numbers on the back so call me if you decide to go... Or maybe even if you don't", he added then walked off.
