If you saw my last post, this is another clip. I'm currently writing this story, but it doesn't have a name. This isn't romantic though. This is.... why don't you just read it? Hehe (promise it's good)
~
She watched him walking around the room as he whispered, the phone pressed to his ear. As he paced, she noticed that his stance was almost cat like. She fought the urge to snarl at this mysterious man. He had a long, pale face, silvery hair, and light green eyes. He was a bit intimidating, but Anya kept telling herself that she was stronger than him.
She glanced down at the food he'd served her. It was ribs, with a rich thick sauce. Her mouth watered but she refused to eat it.
A few seconds later, he slid into a seat directly across from her. "Well eat, why don't you?" he said in his low, hissing voice. She couldn't tell whether he was more like a cat or a snake. 'But either way, he has nothing on me,' she thought.
"Are you thirsty?" he hissed.
"No," she muttered, doing anything to avoid looking at him.
"Come on, you need to eat something. You're as skinny as a twig." She could almost feel his large, malicious grin. "You MUST be hungry." Of course she was hungry, she hadn't eaten in days.
"Yes, but I'm not eating your food." She crossed her arms over her chest.
"Why?" In a matter of seconds, his face was right next to hers. "You don't trust me?" She could feel his breath on her cheek. It was icy cold. What was he?
"No," she whispered, trying to keep her voice from trembling.
"That's just fine," he said. And then, she agreed that he was definitely more like a cat. Because at that moment, he pounced on her.
