Final Chance

I lay in the sand, eyes shut. The sun beamed bursts of colour everywhere as little droplets of rain fell on to the sand and my face. Luckily this made my tears camouflaged. I was alone, helpless really. More importantly, I could only remember one thing, the person and the words he said. They sailed through my mind, making it painful to do anything. A droplet of my blood slipped down the side of my leg from the deep cut that was numb from the cold, despite the sun shining ever so brightly. I attempted to sit up, when I realised I had been securely tied down. Bit by bit the sand and sea started disappearing revealing a big puddle which I lay in, some mud and another body beside mine. I screamed, but no noise came out. My throat felt swelled, my head felt heavy, my eyes suddenly became fixed on the massive storm above me. Out of nowhere a pair of hands slid round my neck, with a tight grip, pulling me upwards in the never ending blackhole. I closed my eyes, prayed and allowed myself to be yanked up. I felt within the reach of death when I felt a sharp pain in my leg. I opened my eyes, here I was in a bed, with some stranger holding my hand. He opened his mouth to speak when suddenly a drowsiness seized me and I lost my consciousness. Chapter 1 part 1

The Forgotten

The Forgotten (not sure about title?!?) 1. Regrets I regret it now. It was thoughtless. Careless. Stupid. I panicked. I was unaware of the consequences. Young. Youthful-Until that day.
