Past Pandora's Box
Underneath the golden fleece
Next to last nights moonbeams
That I keep inside a jar
Beside the box of stardust
That I brought back from afar
There sits a little object
A decorated box
It doesn't have a lid
So it has no need for locks
And inside there is everything
You ever gave to me
That's why it's always empty
As it will ever be
If only you had left
A piece of you, then I would know
I could burn the other things
In the fireplace below
But you never did
And you're not coming back
So the only thing that's burning
Is my heart, until it's black
