Maybe Love Isn't At First Sight Pt 15

-Daisy-
I don't know how long I was embraced by Josh but I felt like forever, are fingers where tightly grasped around each others hands, our body's touching. We weren't kissing but are heads were touching. I suddenly remembered Ian's date and broke our little bubble,
*tut "Daisy! I was enjoying that" Josh said trying to pull me back down but I pushed him off
"Ian's date! I gotta see how it went"
"later, I want you badly right now"
"no you can have me another time" I said brushing my lips against his, he wined and got up to see how Ian was doing with me. When we got back down stairs Ian was sitting down at the table looking dreamily into a glass of beer,
"well?! How was it?" I said sitting next to him
"yeah give us all the details" Josh said winking at him
"she's amazing! Everything I like she likes. Rose is my new hobby"
"aww I'm so proud of you!" I said clapping my hands like a 5 year old
"mate your missing the critical part? Did you make-out?"said Josh looking serious
"seriously Josh, it was just a first date!" I kicked him lightly under the table
"we kissed on our first date" Josh said sticking his tongue out childishly
"well Rose said she had a great time and kissed me. So I guess I have a girlfriend now!" Ian said smiling widely at us
"good for you! Now go and get freshened up" Ian slumped off his chair, he seemed like he had seen an angel! True love I guess!
"so what do you wanna do?" Josh asked chewing on a piece of pork left over
"dunno, it's 11:30 already but we can do something if you want to"
"umm how about a walk?"
"ok"
We drove to the beach where I had had 'the accident'. It was quite only ages people were there but they slowly parted, the moon reflected on the sea perfectly all the stars shimmering away. We lay down on the soft sand so that the waves were slightly lapping against our feet.
"it's so beautiful here" I said it was true the scene and Josh his skin seemed to glow in the moon light
"hmm it is" Josh agreed "look it's your star sign" said Josh pointing to a pattern of stars
"21st December" I said , I always thought that I was lucky having my birthday 4 days before Christmas, I turned over so that I could see Josh's face, he was looking at me, a small shinning tear ran down his face onto the sand
"what's wrong?" I asked wiping away another tear rolling down his face
"this place, I nearly lost you"
"you didn't though I'm still here"
"you wouldn't of even been trying to die if I hadn't of hurt you the way I did" he said frowning at himself
"you didn't know what you were doing, I have you now and we will never be apart again" I exaggerated the never part making sure that he understood that I loved him more than life
"did you know that the stars love?" he asked pointing at the air
"no"
"without it life is wasted time. When you left things looked so bad everywhere, I felt the whole world was in fear." I didn't understand the fear thing but it was poetic and it felt nice to hear it
"Daisy , I want to be with you any humanly way possible and more. I will wait for you if you leave and I will light the night up with sorrow to find you, I would make the sun shine for you from pure desire. I will sleep on my wounds waiting for you to come home. Daisy I want to be with you forever and lets start from now, Daisy will you marry me?" I stated at him
"yes, anything for you!" I said practically jumping on him
"welcome to the family Mrs Chambers" he said placing a shining silver ring on my finger, he had this planned? I plunged into a deep passionate kiss...
