All is not clear
Water of disillusion
Will it cost me dear?
All is not right
A clear view now has gone
Feelings of a change
A pulling current so strong
A disappointing pool
Full of stagnant lies
The water is unclean
To wash innocent eyes
My vision once so clear
Now uncertain mud
I cannot bear to be
Swimming in such crud
The change it is coming
It's happening right now
I'll turn the other cheek

Writing has been my friend since a teenager...I laugh, cry, think, pretend, smile as I do it. I feel that I communicate better through my writing as in person I can appear a tad scatty.
