Depression

You and your silent despair,
Your pain goes everywhere.
Killing everyone on it's way,
You keep telling them you're okay.

I wonder if you believe your lies,
While all the happiness in you dies.
I want to shake you till you know,
That this is not how life should go.

Talk, feel or even hit a wall,
But don't just let your whole life fall.
You can always turn your life around,
You don't have to end up in the ground.

Speak up and let it out.
Cry, scream or even shout.
Don't just keep it all inside,
And for once swallow your pride.

It's okay it all gets better,
And the rest doesn't matter..
