Born of a dragon and lightning,
His key skill is for brightening
even the darkest of days,
His look can set them into a diamond blaze,
Make me laugh when I want to cry,
And kiss that tear away from my eye.
Spread his wings and jump into the air,
Helping make the world just and fair,
Sapphire eyes and topaz scales,
Making sure smiles and light prevails.
One day you may luckily catch a glimpse,
A beautiful blue dragon, passing like a lynx,
Sometimes a little surreptitious,
But not in the least malicious,
And never without his faithful hound,
A mini-chewbacca running across the ground.
