Marvellous traction in moving inaction,
A terrifying motion, unwittingly chosen,
Turning wheels and clinking chains,
Miraculous machine in pouring rains,
Carving your name into the bark,
Holding you close in the dark,
The full moon glows, an iridescent orb,
The tender vicious blood of love I absorb,
Each hint through the trees and bracken,
A relentless pace, I never slacken,
Within a mirror's reflection of peace,
Lies the blue iris of my unwitting release,
Teach me to fly - run - jump - believe,
And by your side I shall never leave,
You are addictive -
A screen, misted,
Resist me, my sirens call,
But be tempted, darling,
I call you to fall.
