Colour is the mover, The motion and the force, A swirling revolution, The energy, the source. Colour is the changer, It brings the world alive. It makes me who and what I am. I need colour to survive.
(W)e couldn't have been better suited, that was my initial belie(F). (A) mistake in judgment I now truly fee(L). (T)here is now a longing for temporary amnesi(A).
A million drops fall from the sky. Some glitter green. While others are purple. Or violet in sheen. A drop of crystal blue. May be regretful and sad. Just as a drop of orange.
I'm merely fallen ash. Fallen heavy but light. A dust so fine. A pitiful sight. A grey so dull. Lifeless and fragile. Upon the breeze. I'm carried for miles. Thrown to the side. Like I have no worth.
You wear a flower, Woven in your hair. You pluck it with thought, And take a lot of care. That flower is you, Beautiful and bright. It's amazing really- Nothing prettier in sight.
*Sorry, it's a little complex and unconventional* An iris, cerulean blue. Rimmed with not-a-clue. A pupil oh-so-black. There's something it does lack. Retina of dreams. This one's not all he seems.
If I was a fruit I would be a watermelon. Hard on the outside. Inside so mellow. The green on the outside will be my cover. For the inside color I will save for my lover.
Why does the rainbow get so much fuss. It's not like the colours are new. You can find them, after all, In other places too. Red in the flesh of a tomato, Red in the mark of a knife.
