Your eyes jerk with gleam.
"I'LL MISS YOU!" I said.
As you bent down your head.
"I NEED YOU WITH ME."
Your eyes fill with glee.
"I love you..."
You kiss, the world turns to mist.
Four years it had been,
Until you failed to see.
That you are my life,
My clearing of strife.
You would soon leave,
The news I couldn't believe.
"But I love him." I pleaded,
It was you that I needed.
Your final day came,
Things wouldn't be the same.
You whispered goodbye,
Inside I just died.
This couldn't be the time
The clock nearly chimed.
And if I didn't say
That I loved you that day.
These things wouldn't be,
There'd be no you and me...
