Why leave so soon,
I've developed a romance that is constantly in tune.

I'm still very excited about the Paralympics too,
But it's the thought of you leaving that's making me blue.

If I could, I'd turn back time,
And see it all again,
But sadly that's just how life is,
To me you'll always be a very dear friend.

So I just want to say thank you,
For keeping me company these 16 days.
I'll make sure to tell my kids, grand kids about all the British hearts you played.
