Choose To Trust

(Inspired by someone's words that touched me today)

Most people don't want to hear
The sullen voice of a lonely soul
No desire to be brought down
Afraid of the deep dark hole

Some people though are different
If you seek them they are there
They will listen to your every word
There's nothing that you can't share

Always give people a chance
If you do, They might surprise you
Some are in the exact same place
And they know what it is you go through

Choose a shoulder and not the dark
To cry into when feeling low
Choose to share without any shame
For through loneliness depression does grow
