(S)ummer has been and gone, autumn and winter too have passed, alas dear spring please save my soul, may this season be not my last
(P)erhaps I ask too much of thee, perhaps my path's in stone, perhaps salvation's just a dream, and my souls is but a ghost
(R)emnants of she still plague me so, though three seasons since have passed, hope still springs eternal though, may this season be not my last
(I)n wait I lie for your arrival, your colours I long have missed, you're close I know the sense unrivalled, I anticipate your kiss
(N)ights I've lain in temperate state, of the many that have passed, silent still yet not ornate, may yester be my last
(G)lory beckons I know this now, new life is soon to bloom, winter is sure to take its bow, and so too my blackened mood
(T)omorrow reborn is what I'll be, just like the beautiful flowers we'll see
(I)n tulips the lilac and the lily, I find my hope and hope finds me
(M)other Nature healing wounds I've amassed, as she helps to loosen the glooms tightened grasp
(E)nsuring there's light, in which I can bask, may this spring be my first...may it not be my last
