And with a crack like this. So obviously ripped. In the midpoint of our floor. Could we learn to live with this separation. Or are our future plans no more. I know you promised forever.
Suddenly a lot has changed, I'm feeling suddenly estranged, I thought I knew you - maybe not, I'm giving everything I've got. How much more do I have left. Before you leave me here: bereft.
Why should I care If you love me or not. For you left me in despair Alone to rot Why should I care That you have no idea.
We have been here before. Sitting beside each other on the floor. Not knowing where do we go from here. Are we really going to give it another year. Words said cannot be undone.
I can't do this. I can't go on, the fight to make it work has gone, The way we make each other feel, The words that hurt, too deep to heal. It isn't right, it cant be love.
Pulverised hearts. So much pain. Too many fights. We're not the same. Good times came. So did sorrow. Passionate nights. The same tomorrow. Dying embers. Broken hearts. Anger spoke. Tore us apart.

@naaviie it was - last weekend. We are talking again and on the mend. Never fought like that in our twelve years. Pretty scary but hopefully all out now fingers crossed
@naaviie we fought from Sat night to early hours of Weds morning but we are civil now and he's promised me a better weekend. We are both stubborn and strong willed that it's not got in an argument. Neither want to give and both want our point heard. Nightmare but we r fixing it.
So glad you're working on it - I'm sure you'll work it all out. If not, try that thingy where you both write down your arguments then swap to read them ๐ just a thought... I'm no expert!
@naaviie thanks Hun. Rob said he was worried what if we argue like that again and I hate talking cos I get emotional and then say REALLY bad stuff I don't mean. That note writing idea might work xx
Awww bless you...really feel for you...hopefully you can both work your way through this...things always get said in the heat of the moment that you can't take back...that's why I just go quiet...whilst I calm down, then I will say my bit...soooo hard to do though when you are so emotional etc...good luck my lovely...big virtual hugs xxx

@redfae good luck. When this (inevitably) happens I take five minutes out and talk to myself like a furious loon trying to get the worst irrational barbs and accusations out of the way.
Easy to get emotional. I hope things work out for you, I'm sure he can look past heat-of-the-moment stuff. ๐
Really hope you can sort things out. I've been with my man for 14yrs, but we had a major blip in between & lived apart for a few years. It worked out in the end, but it's a difficult road. No one said it was easy....'nobody said it was easy, no one ever said, it would be this hard..' Keep at it ๐
@wolfie I could give that a go but being a redhead I might get sectioned for being a demon or something x
@redfae lol. Come to think of it, some people in uniforms did try to bundle me into a van last time it happened :-)
