Six foot fibre optic tree,
Lights all twinkling effortlessly,
Got it at a bargain price,
Fifty percent off that'll be nice,
Added to it with my blue led's,
The lights are randy they're flashing me,
Chasing each other quick as a flash,
Watching them twinkle and dash,
Blue red green and white,
My house is like Blackpool illuminations at night,
Tinsel wrapped around it,
Keeping it warm like a lovely blanket,
A star on top of the tree,
I'm not into angel brutality,
Baubles hanging from the branches of green,
This tree is the brightest I've ever seen,
Give it a week after Christmas Ill want it down,
On my face no smile but a frown,
Thinking of all the money I've spent,
Maybe Ill give it up for lent,
Spending too much money just for one day,
Scrap that it's all worth it watching my children play,
So for now Ill enjoy my Christmas tree,
Ill enjoy the festivities and Santa's knee ;)
