Never letting go
Shielding me like a human throw
Chasing away the nightly frights.

Place my hand in yours...fingers interlocked
Squeeze tight to remind
On my own I am no longer...I've found my one of a kind
My heart you have unlocked.

Stay because I don't want to imagine life without you
Hold me because long nights without you turn my mood blue
Take my hand because my heart belongs to you... And only you.
