Long conversations about not looking back
Encouragement to be strong, to not crack
Talking me through things
Trying to make my heart sing
Reassurance that there's nothing wrong with me
Just that I trust too easily you see
Words that calm my fears
A hold that soothes my tears
Reminiscing to when times where easier and fun
When our blossoming friendship had just begun
You and your words have accomplished a lot today
And thank you is what I'm trying to say.
