My little princess is not feeling well
Started a fever and she looks very ill
She brightens our day with her dances and smiles
But now she is too tired to even stay awake for a while
Every time she gets sick I get the blues
I hug her really tight telling her to give me all her pains
She believes its true
The truth is I don't need a hug to feel her pains
Tonight I know I won't rest in bed
My princess is sick so I can't rest my head

Poor poppie rose, She has a stuffy nose. Watery little eyes, and sad pitiful cries. Her smile usually lights up the room, but today she wears the face of doom.
My day has been long my day has been hard. My journey back home was long, I am tired. But when I get there, my heart misses a beat. At the greeting I get from the kids at my feet.
For all the times you laugh, Such fun and games in the bath. For the arguments and strife, It's just a part of growing up in life. For being so headstrong.
