Standing In The Air

Her heart distorted frantically in the eerie night air,
She stood in the darkness, with raven banners for hair.
She could not see the lights from the old crooked inn,
It's where her life started and another to begin.
She followed the moonbeams were searching the land
Then spoke in a language I could not understand.
"Alone in a room, but in love I'm more lonely,
I can't help but notice that you are my only."
She crossed the old courtyard and pushed open the door,
Behind her she glanced, her heart pounded more.
She fell into darkness, last in was her hair,
You could still feel her standing in the eerie night air...
