My First Snow

I saw snow the other day,
it was my very first time.

It looked a little bit scary
but Mummy told me it was fine.

It fluttered onto my little nose
and was very very cold.

I watched my Daddy
has two big white balls he rolled.

He made a big Snow thing
but I wasn't all that impressed.

It had no hair or hair clips
and it needed a pretty pink dress.

The snow was soft in my hands
and crunchy under my feet.

It looked rather yummy
but I was told it wasn't for me to eat.

I watched the big and little people
running around having fun.

But it made me giggle lots and lots
when they fell onto their bum.

Next year I'll be walking in my wellies
so I will be able to join in too.

I'll roll around in that fluffy white snow
and avoid the doggy poo!
