By day I run to the countrysides arms
hustled and bustled by my rushed city life
it's comforting freshness heals and calms
The leafy trees shield me the luscious
long grass is my bed stresses and worries
are gently caressed from my head
By night I'm drawn by the big city lights
so much more than a simple yearn it's
Where my thoughts and desires take flight
Seeking out the music longing to dance
wanting to be free my body devours it as
I feel myself fall into a hypnotic trance.

The city is great The lights are okay, The noise is supurb. That is, in the day. But in the dead of night, This place never sleeps I want to slip away, And so, away I creep.

Standing in a shower of summer rain. Wish it had power to wash away my pain. Let its river soak me to the skin. Want to provoke a response within. Drenched in a deluge while heavens open.
Rain splatters, Potter patter, Any harder, The window will shatter. Pouring down, Creating puddles, Sunbathers, In many muddles. Falling from, The now black sky, Blocking out, The shining pie.
Running in the snow, Faces aglow, Children will sing, About anything, Yet snow turns to frost, The cold is lost, Alas, here is spring, What a wonderful thing. #nature.
