Every girl is not happy with there looks, They always have to be like what people are in magazines or books. But they need to know different is attractive, and being beautiful doesn't take practice.

Beauty is found in all shapes as forms,. What isn't beautiful is people trying to conform,. To the latest stereotypes,. The media hype,. Size zero models with no woman about them,.

Brilliant message! Why do so many young girls try to fit into an image that is designed to make everyone look the same, regardless of how impossible that may be? Variety, as they say, is the spice of life. We should embrace it. You can't put all the blame on media, or all on peer pressure, self worth has a lot to answer for but the others do have an impact. For all I wrote about being overweight or unhealthy, I would only change for me, nobody else, and my husband wouldn't expect anything less. Phew! Speech over π
