Your Eyes Don't Lie.

tell me I should leave.
Yet they tempt me,
which do I believe?
Your head tells you go,
yet to me no sign of closure does it show.
You push,
I pull,
but still no conclusion
Your mind,
it taunts you with confusion.
You protest at my words,
all methods of reason
going unheard.
But when I look into your eyes,
therein is where the real truth lies.
A betrayal of the coldness....

Close

#movement. Too close for comfort. That's what we are. Beneath the skin games. That don't get us far. We take it to limits. That no-one dare go. It's all sugar coated. And no-one must know.

@sjw I've read again my sweet...does the ending that his eyes betray the coldness as by looking deep he is warmhearted??..am I being a thicko tonight?...lol

@sjw just deleted the last message as it didn't make sense....ok my sweet I've read it again...does the ending mean that his coldness has been betrayed by what you've seen in his eyes...eg that he truly cares?....or am I being thick ...lol?

Yayy! Yes because the actions and speech is cold but the eyes betray that i.e they show the opposite, you know like in the heat of the moment we say and do things we don't mean.. Thank you for reading it again πŸ‘πŸ’πŸ’πŸŽπŸ˜˜
