A Show You Know

And so here we are......
Rise up into the sky
Come now, you can try.
Fields of golden eggs - unploughed
Fruits in luscious bloom - devour
The feasts of your mind - they shine.
You'll float on pure delight.

And so on you go.....
Rise up my lovely child
The scene awaits you, hurry
The shows about to start, my child
The view, you'll want to see - without a doubt
Will be pleasant and settle your soul.
Rise up and claim your seat
Thrones of loved ones old - complete
Surround it it's yours to claim.
Golden jewels and harping sounds
Fill the day in which you came.
Rise up, my lovely child
The auditorium is now filled, be quick
Lights are dimming, my child
The show will be a hit.

And so it begins.....
Flickering scenes of light and sounds
Screams of "push", then baby sounds
A mothers smile familiar to you
A fathers pride remembered too.
The show is new and resonates
Familiar and yet you hesitate.

And so it goes on.....
A small child with no face stumbles
Sounds you hear - your humbled
Teenagers high on rich supplies
An adult who dared to try - decides
Lovers embrace for the human race
Flowers in full bloom - beneath the moon
People rejoice in singing voice - cheer in symphony

And so it ends.....
But can it be so? This show I know
This show they played before me
"Silence in the auditorium" a voice calls
The best parts to come, my child
Nows the time you must decide - and decide you indeed shall do
For you see, my child, this show is all about you.
Memories you played and dreams that stayed
In times when you were young
A promised child, a wonder child - a child in you must come.
Decide my child, will you stay or run?
Decide my child your show with us is done.
And so you decide.....But will you run and hide - Or will you live in pride?

It’s About The Next Moment

In this grand house there are many rooms. I have slept in them all. Perhaps only for a single night. No matter how long I was in there I drew on the walls.

Drawing Life.

Life is a picture, I can add more and more to cover it but once I've drawn it, I can't erase or change it. I have to keep all the mistakes visible, I can't hide them.
